In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the a6wim platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your a6wim account, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control.

• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a6wim account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, is your responsibility. a6wim will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

a6wim accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Specific limits for individual payment methods are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. a6wim reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. • Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or wallets registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.

All player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from a6wim's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected in the event of a6wim facing financial difficulties.

a6wim offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR or as bonus credits and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the time frame stated in the promotion.
• a6wim reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, use of excluded payment methods, or coordinated exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for compliance.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new a6wim players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Free spins, where offered, are typically valid for a limited period from the date of credit. Unused free spins expire and cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on a6wim are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. For cricket and sports betting, a6wim follows industry-standard settlement rules for each market type, including provisions for abandoned matches, walkovers, and disputed outcomes.

• All bets are final once confirmed. a6wim does not offer bet cancellation except where explicitly stated in sport-specific rules.
• a6wim reserves the right to void bets placed after the start of an event where live data delay is established.

• Errors in odds or game outcomes due to technical malfunction will be investigated and resolved in accordance with a6wim's Fair Play Policy. a6wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in such cases.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a6wim platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account on a6wim, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or exploiting promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise exploit the a6wim platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through a6wim.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting activity on a6wim.
• Using the a6wim platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or bugs to obtain unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour directed at a6wim support staff or other players.

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and materials on the a6wim platform — including the a6wim name and logo — are the intellectual property of a6wim or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a6wim platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or otherwise exploiting any a6wim content without prior written authorisation from a6wim.

a6wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all a6wim account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on a6wim.

• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period.

• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, a6wim reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bonus winnings and any funds derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at a6wim's discretion following completion of the relevant investigation.

a6wim's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes a6wim's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority or a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
